Veganize Restaurant Menus

Project Idea

Have a team approach restaurants and help them veganize their easily veganizable menu items. Some things to keep in mind:

• Who approaches the restaurant and who in the restaurant should be approached?
• How should we ask? What are the best means for communication to encourage to make the changes?
• What restaurants should be approached first?
• What are the easy changes a restaurant can make to veganize a particular menu item (eg: replace lard with oil, replace milk with a plant-based milk, etc)
• What are the common responses and how do we best deal with them?
• What is in it for the restaurant? We should be able to specify the benefits to them.
• ... ?
